TLM Partners, a global developer and publisher of cross-play games, today announced the addition of two new executives to its team. David Boutry has joined TLM as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Ed Lin has joined as TLM’s Chief Marketing Officer.

These new hires continue TLM’s recent stretch of significant growth. In the 2020-21 fiscal year, the company grew its number of employees by 1,300%, and currently has over 100 open headcount to fulfill existing projects, including its own original intellectual property. Additionally, TLM has grown over 300% on a financial basis so far this fiscal year.

“We’re thrilled to welcome David and Ed to our leadership team at this pivotal moment for our company,” said TLM Partners CEO and founder Jake Hawley. “TLM’s growth over the last two years has been remarkable as we have evolved from a critical partner on major titles like Back 4 Blood and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War to publishing our own cross-play titles. The decades of industry experience that David and Ed bring to the table will be vital to creating a strong foundation from which we can continue to build.”

David Boutry has nearly 25 years of financial experience within the video game industry that he brings to TLM. Most recently, he served as Head of Finance at 2K Games, where he was a founding member in 2005. At 2K Games, Boutry helped grow the company from inception to more than $2 billion in annual revenue. Prior to his 16 years at 2K Games, Boutry was Finance Director at Take Two Interactive France.

Ed Lin is a brand management and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across the digital entertainment and video game industries for both B2C and B2B markets. Lin was most recently the Vice President of Marketing at Xsolla, where he oversaw the B2B marketing and communications initiatives for the Xsolla brand, Funding Club, Partnership Growth and Xsolla Connect. Previously, Lin served as the Head of Global Marketing for companies such as Techland and Konami Digital Entertainment. Further he has led massive marketing campaigns for prominent companies such as Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation and more.

Earlier this year, TLM published its first title with the award-winning cross-play cooperative puzzle game, Zorya: The Celestial Sisters; the company also recently acquired the first person shooter and real-time strategy game Heroes & Generals and the upcoming fighting game Coreupt. Last month, TLM announced that it will be increasing its game publishing services in Montreal by hiring over 35 professionals to its local team.
