TLM Continues to Build Executive Team with Significant Games Industry Experience

TLM, a world-class professional services provider and technology innovator in the video game industry, today announced the hiring of Nikki Rohm as the company’s Vice President of Product Development. Rohm’s vast experience at companies such as Electronic Arts, Zynga, and 2K bolsters TLM’s already impressive roster of industry veterans.

“I’m thrilled to be joining this incredibly accomplished team at TLM and have the opportunity to partner with a powerhouse of key players across the industry,” said Rohm. “I love video games, and so I cannot imagine a better place to work on groundbreaking content that will bring people together through the power of play.”

Rohm has over 25 years of product development and operations leadership experience across the video game, digital entertainment, and design industries. Most recently, she was Director of Studio Operations at the 2K mobile game studio Cat Daddy Games, where she developed long-term studio plans as well as led business and operational initiatives. Previously, she worked at Zynga as the Senior Director of Product Development after spending 12 years at Electronic Arts, where she played an integral role on immensely popular games such as the Madden NFL franchise, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Plants vs. Zombies.

This latest hire extends TLM’s streak of impressive growth. Over the last year, the company hired Chief Marketing Officer Ed Lin and Chief Technology Officer Colin Boswell to fill out TLM’s deeply experienced C-suite. In addition, TLM grew its total number of employees by 1,300% in the 2020-21 fiscal year as the company has continued to partner with AAA partners, develop best-in-class technology, and create award-winning titles, such as the cross-play cooperative puzzle game, Zorya: The Celestial Sisters.
