Position Summary: Associate Producer (Undisclosed VR Project)
- As an Associate Producer, you will help putting in place the most efficient processes and pipelines to successfully ship the project

Responsibilities
- Assist the senior producer in managing the entirety of the product’s/game’s lifecycle
- Work in collaboration with the Production Manager to manage the team, sprints and planning
- Define and prioritize features based on their business impact and effect on players
- Formulate a product strategy using sound judgment, and presenting clear, measurable targets that will allow us to achieve our business goals
- Maintain a Production Plan/Roadmap
- Identify production risks and define mitigation strategies
- Report progress to Senior Producer and Directors
- Handling all other related tasks or administrative duties to support the senior producer
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience as project manager or associate producer in the game industry
- Shipped at least 1 product as a project manager or associate producer, preferably on a ‘AAA’ console title
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Well-organized and maintains high standards even under pressure
- Logical thinker and solutions-driven
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and ownership of your projects
- Waterfall and Agile software development practices
- Managing production pipelines ensuring successful product delivery
- Production pipeline tools mastery, such as Jira
- Good team player and leader
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in VR nice to have
- Experience in managing Remote Teams
- Experience in Gaming is not a must but is desired
- Passion for apps/games and for creating fun and engaging experiences for users
