IRVINE, California – March 3, 2022

TLM Partners, a global publisher of cross-play games, has acquired the upcoming next-gen fighting game Coreupt, as well as the development team behind the project, Team Coreupt. The purchase of this futuristic fighter adds another heavy hitter to TLM’s publishing roster, which continues to see growth in 2022. TLM’s support will help Coreupt’s creator Jesse Wright bring his vision to PC and consoles with the added benefit of TLM’s best-in-class cross-play technology.

“Jesse has laid the groundwork for something truly fantastic with Coreupt,” said TLM Partners CEO and founder Jake Hawley. “There is a reason fighting fans have responded so strongly to the content the team has shared so far. We couldn’t be more thrilled to work with him and are excited to have Coreupt under the constantly evolving and growing TLM publishing banner.”

“Working alongside TLM Partners ensures that Coreupt will be able to live up to the full vision I’ve been working towards since 2010,” said Coreupt creator Jesse Wright. “Jake and everyone at TLM not only have a ton of experience with all aspects of game development, but they are also awesome collaborators. Coreupt is going to be a much stronger experience with their support.”

TLM also announced today that it is internally developing a new project with Bungie and Take Two alum Drew Smith. Under the working title HyperNova, more details surrounding the game will be available soon.

TLM published its first title earlier this year with the award-winning cross-play cooperative puzzle game, Zorya: The Celestial Sisters; the company also recently acquired the real-time strategy game Heroes & Generals. Last month, TLM announced that it will be increasing its game publishing services in Montreal by hiring over 35 professionals to its local team.
